Marcos Rogério Mafra

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Maringá (1997), Master in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2000) and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2005). He is currently Full Professor of the Federal University of Paraná. Has experience in Thermodynamics and Separation Processes, focusing on the determination of physicochemical properties and phase equilibrium (liquid-vapor, liquid-liquid and solid-liquid equilibrium) applied to biochemical systems involving phenolic compounds, proteins. flavonoids and amino acids of interest to the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
