BSc in Physics at University of São Paulo - USP (1977), MSc in Geophysics at USP (1981) and PhD in Geophysics at Durham University, England (1986) and research grant at Cornell University (1995). Associate Professor at Instituto de Astronomia, Geofisica e Ciencias Atmosféricas (IAG) of University of São Paulo, retired in 2017. During my carreer I focused my research in studying the physical properties of the South America continental lithosphere combining terrestrial and satellite derived gravity data and magnetotelluric soundings. My research was conducted in collaboration with INPE (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais), University of Trieste (Italy), Universities of San Juan (Argentine) and de la Republica (Uruguay.
