Undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the Chemistry Institute and from the Faculty of Education of São Paulo University (1994), Master of Sciences degree in Nuclear Technology - Applications from the Nuclear and Energy Research Institute (2002). Ph. D. in Nuclear Technology - Applications from the Nuclear and Energy Research Institute (2010). Currently works at the Nuclear and Energy Research Institute in the field of trace elements determination in environmental samples by instrumental neutron activation analysis and atomic absorption spectrometry, with special interest in reference materials, the study of mussels and in the quality assurance of analytical methods.
