Visiting Researcher at the Universities of Southampton, Loughborough and Oxford (UK). Visiting professor at the Federal Universities of Pernambuco (UFP) and Fluminense (UFF). Professor at the Department of Chemistry at FFCLRP/USP and at the Institute of Chemistry at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP). Executive Coordinator at the Bioenergy Research Institute (IPBEN/UNESP). Currently, Professor Senior at Institute of Chemistry (UNESP). Publication of one hundred and eighty-four papers in journals, five book chapters and two technical books. Presentation of three hundred and fifty-five works in scientific congresses. Supervision of twenty-five doctoral theses, thirty master's dissertations and fifty scientific initiation works. Currently, develops research with Electrochemical Sensors, Electrochemical Detectors Coupled with Chromatographic Techniques and Electroanalytical Methods, in the Bioenergy area, with emphasis on Biofuels, Bioproducts, Biomass and Biorefinery.
