He is currently an Associate Professor at the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP, Ilha Solteira Campus. He has experience in the area of Microbiology, with an emphasis on Microbiology and Biochemistry of Soil, acting mainly on the following themes: quality indicators, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, cerrado, recovery of degraded areas, tree species and organic waste.
