He is an Associate Professor at the University of São Paulo. He completed postdoctoral internships in Organizational Studies at the University of Birmingham and Sociology of Education at CEBRAP. He holds a postdoctoral degree in "People Management in Organizations" from FEA/USP, where he is a professor, researcher and advisor in undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs in Administration. He actively participates in international qualitative research networks in England and the United States, having been a Visiting Fellow at the University of Manchester, Brown University, Birmingham Business School and Queen Mary University of London. He is an Associate Researcher at the Work Inclusivity Research Centre (WIRC) and the Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences (IHSS), both in the United Kingdom. He is an associate editor of the Revista de Gestão (REGE) and chair of the theme "Education and Society in Brazil" at the Brazilian Studies Association (BRASA). He is vice-president of the Inclusion and Belonging Commission (CIP FEA) and a researcher on projects funded by agencies such as FAPESP, CAPES and CNPq. The results of her research are published in national and international journals, mainly in the field of Organizational Studies.
