Graduated in Chemistry from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2008), master's in Nanoscience and Advanced Materials from Universidade Federal do ABC (2010) and PhD in Science and Technology of Materials from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2014). She actuated as Postdoc researcher in Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar) for 3 years, and in the Microfluidics Group, in the National Centre for Sensor Research (NCSR), at Dublin City University (Dublin, Ireland) for a year, both funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). She has experience in Chemistry and Materials Science, focusing on synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials, especially graphene and its derivatives, applications as electrochemical and surface plasmon resonance based sensors, and centrifugal microfluidic devices (Lab-on-a-Disc platforms).
