Joaquim José Fantin Pereira

I have over 20 years of proven professional experience in Technology development. I started with Robotics, Analogic and Digital Electronics in the 80's. Later on, I began in the Computing area, going through more than 10 Programming languages and development environments. In the last 15 years, I have setup and managed IT development teams, on a broad spectrum, including Artificial Intelligence. I hold a degree in Computer Engineering from Unicamp (2002) and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering also from Unicamp (2007). I was technical manager of the BI (Business Intelligence) team of Merck-Medco US (United States) for three years and Professor at Metrocamp / Ibmec Group for a decade, working mainly in Computer Architecture and Organization, High Performance Computing, Intelligence Artificial Intelligence, Database Optimization and Business Intelligence Systems. As a researcher, I was responsible for the technological development of Ludwig, a Startup presented worldwide by Apple and supported by Red Bull. I was also founder of the information technology company Cetus - Software with Excellence and Art, having served as its Executive Director for seven years. I have been working with Startups since 2011 and currently I am Coordinator of R&D Projects for Technological Innovation, Speaker, Digital Transformation Consultant and Startups' Mentor in events from SEBRAE, InovAtiva Brasil, Startup Weekend, Founder Institute and Fomenta Vale.
