Completion of Masters in 2009, Doctorate in 2011 and obtaining the title of Associate Professor in 2022 by Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP - Campus Botucatu). Coordinator of the Fish Ecology Laboratory (Pirá) and the Fish Ecology Research Group (CNPq) of the Department of Biology and Animal Science FEIS UNESP. Develops research in the areas of Ecology and Parasitology of fish, working mainly on the following topics: natural diet of freshwater fish, ichthyofaunistic survey, impacts caused by fish farming in net cages, invasive fish species and their impacts, hydroelectric projects and fish parasitology freshwater fish. Recently, he made his greatest contribution in partnership with Lidiane Franceschini, our son Heitor.
