She is currently Associate Professor at the USP Institute of Chemistry with expertise in Raman spectroscopy. Research topics in progress: applications of Raman spectroscopy in art, archaeology and cultural heritage, forensic chemistry, studies on intercalates and on the interaction of biological molecules with surfaces.
