Graduated in Biochemical Pharmacy from Universidade Paulista (2002), achieved a masters degree in microbiology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2008), and earned a doctorate in Health Sciences from Faculdade de Medicina de São José do Rio Preto (2013), all in a quest to save the world from viruses in pursuit of an antiviral solution. Undertook post-doctoral research at Universidade Federal do Pernambuco and at the biotechnology company DNApta, driven by the relentless pursuit of saving the world. Currently serving as a professor in the Graduate Program in Microbiology at Unesp São José do Rio Preto, also working as a reviewer for national and international scientific journals, including Viruses, Pathogens, Antibodies, and TropicalMed. Additionally, actively engaged in science communication! Furthermore, the founder of online courses such as 'The Scientist's Handbook,' 'SOS Thesis,' and 'Critical Reading Club,' with the aim of empowering undergraduate and graduate students, making scientific writing accessible to all."
