Graduated in Biomedicine, specialized in Methodology of Higher Education, specialized in Aesthetic Biomedicine, Master's in Biological Sciences, and PhD in Biomedical Engineering. He has experience in research in the area of nanostructured materials and biomaterials. He has experience as a professor and course coordinator in higher education (Biomedicine), member of the Brazilian Association of Biomedicine (ABBM). He has presented several papers in National/International Congresses. He has 8 published articles, 2 patents of invention, and 4 published books. He was a CNPQ productivity scholar in the years 2020 and 2022. He is coordinator of the University Extension Project in the area of Public Health from the year 2020 until the current period, spreading knowledge about handling and disposal of food in industrial kitchens, restaurants and schools. Supervised four PIBIC CNPQ Scientific Initiation scholarship projects in the years 2021 and 2022 (current). Has a partnership in the Startup Deep Tech Nanocordas LTDA.
