He received his bachelor's degree in Administration from the São Paulo State University (1994), his Master's degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (1999) and his PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (2008). He was visiting researcher at the University of São Paulo (2015) and Denmark Technical University (DTU) in 2016. He is associated professor at Federal University of São Carlos (Department of Production Engineering). He is also professor in the Production Engineering (PPGEP - UFSCar) and in the Management of Public Organizations Post-Graduated Programs (UFSCar). He is coordinator of the Service Research and Study Group. His main areas of research and professional activity are: Service Management, Servitization and Product-Service System, Service Design and Customer Experience. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
