Doctor in Law (Juris Doctor) from the University of São Paulo (USP, 2023), where he has been working as researcher and teaching assistant. He was a fellow of the Research Support Foundation of São Paulo (FAPESP, 2018-2022). Lawyer and legal consultant in São Paulo. His research activities are focused on understanding the concepts of "State" and "administrative regime" as fundamentals of the public law theory. He has teaching experience in administrative law, constitutional law, political jurisprudence, history of law, public law theory and environmental law. His research agenda is interdisciplinary, and is characterized by an intense dialogue with political philosophy and legal sociology. Connected to this approach, he develops scientific production around the relationship between the field of public law and contemporary debates on sustainable development, international governance and climate change.
