Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp - 2007), Master's degree in Sociology from Unicamp (2000), and Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Goiás (1997). Holds both a Postdoctoral degree in Science, Technology, and Innovation Evaluation (Unicamp, 2009) and in Higher Education (University of California, Berkeley, 2016). Currently, a Researcher at the Center for Public Policy Studies (NEPP/Unicamp); Professor at the Graduate Program in Science and Technology Policy (DPCT/IG/Unicamp); Associate Coordinator of the Research Group on Studies on Research and Innovation Organization (GEOPI/DPCT/IG/Unicamp). From 2018 to 2021, served as an advisor to the Rectory for institutional evalutaion at the General Coordination of Unicamp. From 2005 to 2007, was Research Manager at the SOFTEX Digital Observatory, a research and planning unit of the Association for the Promotion of Brazilian Software Excellence. Has experience in interdisciplinary research, focusing mainly on the following themes: Results and Impact Evaluation; Higher Education; Science, Technology, and Innovation; Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in academic careers; and Scientific Diaspora.
