I am graduated in Physics (2010), MSc (2013), and Doctor (2016) in Material Science and Technology by the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP). During my doctoral period (2016), I had an internship period in Madrid Institute for Advanced Studies in Nanoscience (IMDEA-Nanoscience). I was a postdoctoral fellow researcher at Gleb Wataghin Institute of Physics (IFGW/UNICAMP) and currently I am a postdoctoral fellow researcher in the department of Materials Science and Nanoengineering at Rice University in Houston / TX. I have experience in computational modeling and simulation of materials, working on the following topics: organic photovoltaic devices; electronic structure and engineering electronic levels of organic materials; absorption spectra and theoretical bandgap extrapolation of conjugated organic polymers; molecular dynamics; mechanical properties of carbon nanostructures.
