graduation at Ecologia from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2003), master's at Recursos Florestais from Escola Superior de Agricultura 'luiz de Queiroz' (2007) and doctorate at Ecology from Universidade de São Paulo (2013).
