Biologist (UFLA), M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Sciences (ESALQ / USP), with a double degree from Hasselt University (Doctor in Biology, UHASSELT, Belgium). I am actively involved in the processes of publishing scientific works as author (>35 papers, >5 books and 5 chapters), Associate Editor (Annals of Applied Biology) and reviewer of manuscripts in national and international scientific journals (>225 reviews issued) . I also have mentored students (8) and participated in examination boards (> 30). I am actively participating in research (> 15) and extension (> 10) projects with intra- and/or inter-institutional multidisciplinary partnerships, in Brazil and abroad. Research area: Botany, with topics mainly related to the plant ecophysiology and nutrition, hormesis, plant oxidative stress/ antioxidant system, and bioregulator and biostimulants.
