Former President of the National Association for Human Rights - Research and Post-Graduation (ANDHEP) (2016-2018). Vitor Blotta has obtained his Masters and PhD in Law from the Department of Philosophy and General Theory of Law at the University of São Paulo Law School, and works especially with Legal Theory, Political Theory and Communication, discussing themes such as human rights, democracy, public sphere, media and communication policies, violence and citizenship security.
