I hold a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, a doctorate and a lecturer in law. I am currently an associate professor at the Law Faculty of the University of São Paulo (Department of Philosophy and General Theory of Law) and a professor at the Law Faculty of the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), as well as a lawyer. I was a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law (Germany), at the Center for Latin American Studies at the American University in Washington-DC (USA) and at the Center for Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Oxford (UK).
