I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Master's of Sciences from the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos - University of São Paulo. I worked with the development of photonic materials with a focus on vitreous materials, integrating the Laboratory of Inorganic and Vitreous Materials (LaMIV). I was awarded FAPESP scholarships in Scientific Initiation (for 2 years) and Master's degree. I am currently on a PhD at the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos - University of São Paulo, working with the development of optical fibers with a large optical window in the near and medium infrared region, for applications in remote gas sensing.
