Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo, FEA USP, 2012. Master's in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo, FEA RP USP, 2007. Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Federal University of Lavras, UFLA, 2005. Currently, she is the director of the Graduate Program in Business Administration at Universidade Nove de Julho, PPGA UNINOVE (rated 6 in the latest CAPES quadrennial evaluation), and a professor in the Master's and Doctoral courses in Business Administration, specializing in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Businesses (IEN). She is also a permanent faculty member of the Graduate Program in Project Management, PPGP, at UNINOVE and chairs the Local Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (CLAA) of the Tutorial Education Program (PET). She was the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Business Administration Program at UNINOVE from 2010 to 2014 and participated in the Research Ethics Committee from 2022 to 2023. She is a member of the Organizing Committee of SINGEP CIK, an international event promoted by UNINOVE in partnership with the CIK research institute - USA. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Innovation (IJI), Associate Editor of the Innovation Management Review (IMR), and Associate Editor of the IEEE Engineering Management Review. She is involved in the EGEPE theme of Innovation, startups, entrepreneurship, and small organizations. She leads the Theme of Entrepreneurship and Creative Economy at the XV SIMPÓSIO INTERNACIONAL ESPM. She was the leader of the Theme of Innovation and Digital Transformation in Organizations of Emerging Markets of the Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (ITE) Academic Division of ANPAD (2018 - 2022). She leads the Theme of Socio-Environmental Management and Innovation at EMPRAD (USP). She is a member of the scientific committee of the Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (ITE) Academic Division of ANPAD. She is a member of the executive committee of ANPAD. She is a member of the scientific committee of the International Forum on Management - IFM (Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, Portugal). She leads a CNPq Research Group titled Innovation Strategy and within the group coordinated research projects funded by CAPES (1-PROEX 88887.844899/2023-00 and 2-PROEXT 33092010), CNPq (1- CNPq Project Scholarship 1D 309305/2023-3, 2- CNPq Project Scholarship PQ2 309294/2019-3, 3- CNPq Universal Project 422922/2018-8 and 4- CNPq Social Sciences Project 471875/2014-7), and FAPESP (1-Process 2019/20222-4, 2-Process 2006/54755-9 and Process 2023/12389-1). She coordinates the International Project (202402) Dark personality and intention to become social entrepreneurs in Latin America in Brazil, involving the institutions IPADE - Mexico (General Coordination - Prof. Dr. Asghar Afshar), UNINOVE - Brazil, EPC - Bolivia, PUC de Valparaíso - Chile, UPEC - Ecuador, and UNS - Peru. She has experience in the field of Business Administration and her main research topics are: dynamic capabilities, relational capacity, absorptive capacity, university-business-government cooperation, innovation internationalization, entrepreneurial ecosystems, networks and technological routes, digital transformation, technology, and information security.
