Abstract
The L- Asparaginase is an enzyme applied to the treatment of several types of cancer, mainly, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. It is produced by the microorganisms Escherichia coli and Erwinia chrysanthemi by the induction of the native protein production or by the expression of the recombinant protein.
