Graduate degree in theology - Theologisches Seminar Der Evangelisch-methodistischen Kirche in Deutschland (Germany, 1987) and Kirchliche Hochschule Wuppertal (Hebrew, FRG, 1984). Doctor of Ministry at Wesley Theological Seminary Washington, DC (USA, 1998). Lato Sensu in Religious Studies - Methodist University of São Paulo [Umesp], BRA, 2003. Started in 2003 a Master in Religious Studies (Umesp, BRA) and was accepted into the doctorate program in (2004). PhD in Religious Studies cum laude (Umesp, BRA, 2006). In 2012 ended his post-doctoral studies in the Postgraduate Program in Religious Studies of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. He is Diretor of the Graduate Program for Religious Studies of the Methodist University of Sao Paulo and teaches in it´s Theological School as Associate Professor I. Teaching and research experience in Theology and Religious Studies, concentrating his research on the languages of religion and its symbolic, narrative, ritual doctrinal and ethical expresisons. Received financial suport for the participation in conferences abroad (August 2014 and 2017, FAPESP; February 2015, CAPES). Has been in Setember and October 2014 Luce Fellow e Visiting Professor at the Candler School of Theology Emory, University; Atlanta, GA, EUA.. Evaluator for FAPESP Foundation of the State of Sao Paulo; 2017-2019: Regular Research Project FAPESP. 2019-2020: CNPq Universal Project (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
