Graduated in Accounting from the State Education Institute of Maringá (1989). Employed at Banco do Brasil S.A. for more than 20 (twenty) years (last position: full lawyer, from January 2000 to June 2007). Advisor to the National Treasury Attorney (1997/1998). He was a professor of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law at the University of Nove de Julho (UNINOVE), Universidade Paulista (UNIP) and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro -RIO) and the National Law Faculty (UFRJ). It operates throughout Brazil and in Brasília (DF). Member of IBDC and IBCJ. Experience as a corporate legal director.
