Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Paulista University (UNIP) in 2006. Master in Computer Science from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) in 2009. Ph.D. in Computer Science from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in 2013. Post-Doctor by the University of Ottawa (UOttawa) in 2017. He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of São Paulo. Leader of the Internet Research Group of things with pictures in urban computing. Coordinator of the research project focused on intelligent transport system financed by FAPESP from 2015 to 2017. Researcher Collaborator in projects of laboratory iCities / LRC of UNICAMP. Renowned magazine reviewer in the area of ​​computer networks. He has obtained several publications in national and international events and periodicals. He has experience in Computer Science, with emphasis on Computer Networks, working mainly in the following subjects: vehicular networks, data dissemination, robotics, artificial neural network and embedded systems.
