He has experience in Molecular Biology, Genetics and Biochemistry, specifically in topics related to Mitochondrial Biology, such as: 1) Mitochondrial Genome Structure and Maintenance Mechanisms; and 2) the Use of Alternative Enzimas for the Functional Understanding of the Mitochondrial Respiratory Chain. His favorite model organism is Drosophila melanogaster.
