She worked with Micrbiology research at the Center for Social Insects Studies (UNESP / Rio Claro, SP), at the Microbiology laboratory of the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung - BAM (Berlin, Germany) and at the Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology of UNESP of Rio Claro (SP). In the education area, she participated of projects and research about Environmental Education, worked as a teacher of basic education and co-director of Environmental Education projects and teaching by research at schools.
