Graduated in Physiotherapy at the University of São Paulo (2015) and PhD in Physiology (2021) by the Post-Graduation Program in Physiology at the Physiology Department of the Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Helio C. Salgado. She did a Sandwich PhD internship abroad at the University of Auckland, New Zealand (2018-2019) under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Julian F. R. Paton. She has experience in Cardiovascular Physiology and works mainly with electrical stimulation of neural pathways, activation of the autonomic nervous system and autonomic modulation of the local and systemic inflammatory response.
