Agronomist from São Paulo State University (Unesp), School of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences (FCAV), Jaboticabal/SP. He holds a master's degree (2019) and PhD (2022) in Agronomy (Crop Production) from the same institution. He is currently a professor at the Department of Engineering at Unesp/FCAV, working with water resources and Executive Director of the Brazilian Association of Agricultural Engineering (SBEA). He was a professor at Faculdades Associadas de Uberaba/MG (FAZU). Works in the areas of irrigated production systems, soil and water management, precision irrigation, modeling and management, and crop physiology. Participates in research groups on Irrigation and Environment (GpIMA), Soil Physics (GpFIS) and Sustainability in Agricultural Systems (SAGRIS). At college, teaches the disciplines of Rural Constructions and Energy, Techinical Drawing, Hydrology and Drainage and Hydraulics. In graduate school, teaches the subject Optimizing water use in irrigated agriculture. Ad-hoc reviewer for national and international scientific journals.
