- Research Grants
I am graduated in Biological Sciences at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas - PUC-Campinas (2004-2007). I did my PhD in Applied Ecology at the University of São Paulo - ESALQ/USP (2014-2017). Currently I am an associate research at the National Research Center for Carnivores Conservation (ICMBio/CENAP). My expertise is with trophic, community and functional ecology, and stable isotope analysis, with focus on medium- and large-sized mammals. I have also experience as environmental consultant and teacher. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
Environmental control exercised by top predators is critical for the maintenance of ecosystems; however, their absence triggers a series of effects over the trophic chain and ecological processes. This study aims to analyze the trophic ecology of carnivorous mammals in preserved and modified landscapes of the Atlantic Forest, by using stable isotope analysis and functional diversity, te...
