PhD (pharmacology) by the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of University of São Paulo (2020). She is a pharmacist (Federal University of Espírito Santo in 2013), and during this period, from 2011 to 2013, she participated, as an undergraduate student, in a scientific research group which the focus was researching new naphthoquinones with antiproliferative activity and therapeutic combinations of antineoplastic agents with metformin in non-small cell lung cancer treatment. She worked, during her master and PhD projects, in projects screening new anticancer drugs in vitro and in vivo, characterizing the mechanisms of action of these novel anticancer agents. Currently she is a teacher of UNESC and reviewer of UNESC em Revista (ISSN 2527-0168). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
