Nutritionist graduated from Centro Universitário São Camilo (2012) and professionalized in cardiology by Institute Dante Pazzanese of Cardiology (2013). She has a Master (2017) and a Ph.D. (2020) in Preventive Medicine at the University of São Paulo Medical School (FMUSP). She also did a Ph.D. internship at Harvard T. Chan School of Public Health, Department of Nutrition. Currently, she is a post-doctoral researcher at the School of Public Health, University of São Paulo (FSP/USP), in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) SCALE network for Latin America, Food and Retail Operations Lab. She received grants from Santander Bank during her under graduation to study at Peking University China, and from FAPESP for her Master?s, Ph.D., and Ph.D. Internship abroad. She participated in multicenter studies, such as the European study I. Family, and the South-American study SAYCARE. She has experience on Public Health, Nutritional Epidemiology, and Pediatric Nutrition, focusing on validity of dietary assessment methods. She is interested on sustainable food systems, from production to food consumption.
