Biotechnologist graduated from UFSCar (2011), with a Master's degree (2014) and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Unicamp (2018), including a Sandwich Ph.D. at Harvard University (USA) in the Experimental Soft Condensed Matter Group. I hold an MBA in Project Management from USP (2021-2023). I have been a researcher in the BioNanoManufacturing division at IPT since 2019. Currently, I work as the Executive Advisor to the Directorate of Operations at the Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas do Estado de São Paulo (IPT), contributing to organizational strategies and coordinating institutional projects. I have solid experience in industrial biotechnology, nanotechnology, and microfluidics, along with strong expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and strategic planning.
