Graduated in Food Engineering (2015) by Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), Master degree (2178) in Food Engineering by University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a part of her graduation was carried out at Università degli Studi di Padova (2013-2014). She has experience is mainly in the area of Biotechnology and Bioengineering with emphasis in Fermentative Processes, Production of Enzymes, Cloning and Expression of Heterologous Proteins, Enzymatic Hydrolysis and Production of Biofuels (Bioethanol).
