She graduated in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo and holds a double doctorate in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and the Università degli Studi di Parma (Italy). Her thesis deals with the work of Friedrich Heinrich Jacobi in the context of classical German philosophy. Between 2022 and 2023, she carried out post-doctoral research at UfsCar (Brazil) on the concept of the person in 18th and 19th century German philosophy. She is currently Professor in the Department of Modern Languages (German) at the University of São Paulo (USP). Her research interests are mainly in the area of Modern Philosophy, Classical German Philosophy, Metaphysics, Ethics and German Idealism, philosophy of language, hermeneutics. Her current research focuses on the philosophy of language of nineteenth-century German-language authors such as Schleiermacher, F. and A. Schlegel, Hamann, Herder, etc. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
