Instructor Professor at the Mental Health Department, Santa Casa de São Paulo School of Medical Sciences. (DSM-FCMSCSP). Advisor for the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program in Health Sciences at FCMSCSP. Holds a degree in Psychology (2014) from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (UPM), with an exchange period at the University of Minho in Portugal, through the Science Without Borders program (CNPq), a Master's in Basic Psychology (2013) from the University of Minho (UM) in Portugal, and a Master's and Ph.D. in Developmental Disorders (2016 and 2020 respectively) from UPM, both with FAPESP scholarships. Worked as a senior researcher in Well-being Sciences at the cosmetics company Natura Co (2019-2021). Has certification from the Harvard School of Public Health in Principles and Practices of Clinical Research. From 2021 to 2024, worked as a postdoctoral researcher, with a FAPESP scholarship in Neurophysiology, at the Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (IMREA) of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (HCFMUSP). During the years 2022 and 2024, he was a coordinating member of the multidisciplinary committee on Psychology of the Brazilian Society of Neuromodulation (SBNM). Lucas also serves as a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Clinical and Health Psychology (IJCHP), Frontiers in Cognition, and Frontiers in Psychology.
