Currently: staff surgeon Unit of Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery - Division of Cardiovascular Surgery - Heart Institute - Hospital das Clinicas - University of São Paulo Medical School (InCor-HC-FMUSP) and Affiliate Professor of the Department of Cardiopneumology, Medical School, University of Sao Paulo and ECMO Center (276) ELSO - Director. Main interests: Pediatric Cardiac Surgery, Adults with Congenital Heart Diseases (GUCH), Heart Transplant and Mechanical Cardiac Support Working mainly in the following subjects: health policies in pediatric cardiovascular surgery, quality program and training of personnel in cardiovascular surgery, database in surgery cardiovascular, ECMO, mechanical circulatory support (artificial ventricle) and pediatric cardiac transplantation.
