Professor in the Department of History at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) and researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Urban Studies (CIEC-IFCH-UNICAMP) as well as the research group City, Architecture, and Preservation in Historical Perspective (CAPPH-UNIFESP). Part of the team for the interinstitutional research project Chronology of Urban Thought. Was a member of the Working Group Circulation of Knowledge and Urban Policies of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO, 2020-2021). Holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the State University of Campinas (2014), where he also obtained his Master's (2018) and Doctorate (2023) degrees in the area of Politics, Memory, and City from the Graduate Program in History. His research focuses on the history of modern architecture and urbanism (circulation of ideas, professional conferences and associations, education, heritage) in relation to the history of the Americas (theoretical assumptions of identity and nationalism formation, modernization processes, americanisms), with a particular interest in the late 19th and 20th centuries.
