I have a degree in Physical Education (Bachelor's Teaching) from São Judas University (completed in 2005). Subsequently, I completed a Master's degree in Physical Education at São Judas (2007) and a Doctorate in Sciences, with an emphasis on Experimental Pathophysiology, at the University of São Paulo (2012). Since 2015, I have been a professor at São Judas University, where I also act as a guide in the Master's and Doctorate Programs in Physical Education. In addition, I am a researcher at the Ânima SOCIESC Innovation Institute, coordinator of the Research Ethics Committee (CEP), and a member of the Committee for the Ethical Use of Animals in Research (CEUA) at São Judas University. Throughout my academic trajectory, I have dedicated myself to the study of Physical Education and Health Sciences, with an emphasis on autonomic cardiovascular modulation and physical training. I have numerous publications in national and international scientific journals, as well as presentations at congresses and events in the field. Furthermore, I am an extremely curious person, always in pursuit of new knowledge, and I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to contribute to research and teaching in my field of expertise.
