Graduated in Law by the Mackenzie Presbiterian University (2002); PhD in Sciences by the Interunits Program in Applied Ecology - PPGI-EA (2015); Postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture - CENA, both from the University of São Paulo - USP, Brazil. Currently Collaborating Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies - IEA, also of the University of São Paulo and; of the Center for Marine and Environmental Sciences - MARE of the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology, Lisbon, Portugal. Member of the International Association of Social and Human Sciences of Portuguese-speaking Countries. Research work with a trans- and interdisciplinary approach: we address violations of human (in the broad sense) and environmental rights (socio-environmental rights) at the Amazon Agricultural Frontier from the perspective of Anthropology; Sociology; Political Ecology and Law. Emphasis given on the challenges of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030 at the Xavante Indigenous Reserve.
