He completed postdoctoral research at the Institute of Mathematical and Computer Sciences (ICMC/USP) and IMECC/UNICAMP, as well as a research internship at Linköping University (LiU), Sweden, where he developed topology optimization tools for additive manufacturing.His academic and scientific work encompasses mathematical modeling of phenomena in solid bodies, structural analysis, structural optimization, computational solid mechanics, and the development of numerical methods.
