Ana Rute Cavalcanti Vaz Mendes

CV Lattes

Birthplace: Brazil

My professional career began at high school when I studied computing at a technical school. I started working as a Web Designer in 2008, at the same time that I've entered the Social Communication - Media Studies undergraduate program at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp). In 2011, I have spent a semester as an exchange student at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, in Buenos Aires, where I have learnt Spanish and studied Semiotics. On July/2012, I have graduated at Unicamp and I am now Bachelor in Social Communication. I have worked for a year at an e-learning English course offered by Unicamp, and the last two jobs were at local start-ups, these were important experiences that have raised me the dream of having my own start-up and developing my personal projects. In parallel, I have been engaged in many cultural initiatives. Since July 2012 I am full time engaged in developing Mupi School, an online school of Creative Technology in Portuguese.
