PhD in Computer Science at the Institute of Computing (IC) - University of Campinas (UNICAMP). I have a Bachelor?s (2003) and Master?s (2006) degree by Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) in Computer Science. Currently, I am a IT Manager at a hospital. I also worked as substitute professor (2022) at UNESP campus Rio Claro for two semesters (Objects Oriented Systems and Concepts of Programming Languages). I have been working with Interactive Digital TV (iDTV) since 2007. In terms of areas of research, I am particularly interested in Human-Computer Interfaces and Software Engineering. This includes interests in Organizational Semiotics, a Conception Process Model of iDTV applications, Persuasive Design, Participatory Design, Design Patterns, and the values and cultural aspects involved in new applications. He has worked as a Developer / Development Analyst, for more than 10 years, in companies of different areas of knowledge (e.g., Logistics, Web, Digital TV, Mobile Devices, Health ERP, etc.). He has experience teaching courses for R&D companies and also for undergraduate students (Teaching Internship Program). Working on different platforms (Desktop / Embedded / Web) with advanced knowledge in different programming languages as: C, C ++, Python Java - J2SE and J2EE. He has advanced knowledge in Structured, Object Orientation and Components Programming, as well as in Software Engineering (Processes, Analysis, Modeling and System Quality).
