Birthplace: Brazil

Bachelor of Biological Sciences with an emphasis on Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (2018), courses attended at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto (FFCLRP - USP). Scientific Initiation Fellow with FAPESP project at the Cancer Molecular Research Laboratory, at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto (FMRP - USP), working with cloning splicing factors and their mutated forms in expression vectors, as well as overexpression of these wild-type and mutated genes in hematopoietic lineage cells for colony formation and cell viability assays. During the Initiation, I developed a project with an Internship and Research Abroad grant (BEPE-FAPESP) at the Experimentelle Leukämie und Lymphom-Forschung Laboratory, at the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München (Munich, Germany), where I used the transformed lines for expression analysis differential through RNA-seq. Also abroad, I constructed Cas9 vectors to knockout the same splicing factors in commercial cell lines. I was a CNPq fellow of the INOVA-Talentos program (SET-G Modality), where I worked with skin metagenomics, identifying the impact of cosmetic active ingredients and new formulations cosmetics on the skin, in addition to implementing cell co-culture techniques with microorganisms and RNA-seq. Participated in the PIPE/FAPESP project where I worked on the evaluation of biomarkers under an ex vivo skin model stimulated by infrared light through gene expression and immunohistochemistry. Currently working at the Natura research center, where he studies skin biology and the characterization of active ingredients. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
