Bachelor of Science in Food (2018) from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture - University of São Paulo (ESALQ / USP) and Master of Science - Concentration in Food Science and Technology (2021) by the Food Science and Technology Program at the same university. She has experience in the post-harvest field of vegetables, where she has been working since 2015. She has an exchange program at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, in Portugal (2017), where she took courses in the Food Sciences course, complementing her apprenticeship. Currently, she is developing her doctoral project with native fruits from the Atlantic Forest, specifically post-harvest conservation of uvaia, aiming to increase the fresh shelf life of the fruit, in addition to evaluating the impact of technology on bioactive compounds, antioxidant capacity and volatile compounds fruit, at the Laboratory of Postharvest of Horticultural Products (ESALQ/USP) and at the University of Queensland (Australia).
