Bachelor in Food Science from the Luiz de Queiroz Faculty of Agriculture of the University of São Paulo (USP). Currently, master's Degree student in Food Science and Technology from the same university. She was an exchange student at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, Portugal, where she studied Food Science and complemented her apprenticeship. Currently, she develops her masters project with native fruits of the Atlantic Forest, specifically uvaia, the cambuci and uvaia, aiming the characterization of bioactive compounds in these fruits, at the Laboratory of Postharvest of Horticultural Products (ESALQ / USP).
