My background is in Civil and Sanitary Engineering - Mauá Institute of Technology (1984), postgraduation in Environmental Management from the Technical University of Dresden - Germany (1989/1990), Masters in Environmental Science from the University of São Paulo (1997), Visiting Student at the University of Kent at Cantembury in England (1999/2000), postdoctoral degree at University of Wageningen in the Netherlands in Participatory Management of Water Resources, Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the State University of Campinas (2005) and Assistant Professor at University of São Paulo (2018).
