The author received a degree in Cartographic Engineering from the Sao Paulo State University (Júlio de Mesquita Filho - FCT/UNESP) in 2005. Subsequently, he completed his Master's and Ph.D. in Cartographic Sciences at the Graduate Program in Cartographic Sciences (currently Capes Grade 6) of FCT/UNESP, both with a FAPESP scholarship, in 2008 and 2012, respectively. He also completed a Post-Doctorate in Geodesy and Tectonophysics at the Department of Space Geophysics of INPE (National Institute of Space Research), São José dos Campos - SP, with a scholarship from FAPESP-SP in 2018-2019. From December 2011 to July 2016, He served as Adjunct Professor in the area of Geodesy and Adjustment of the Cartographic Engineering Course at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Recife - PE. From August 2016 to October 2022, he worked as Geodesy Professor at the Military Engineering Institute (IME) in the Cartographic Engineering Teaching Section in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. He is currently a permanent member of the Postgraduate Program in Defense Engineering (PGED). Since October 2022, he has been teaching under the RDIDP (Regime of Full Dedication to Teaching and Research) at the FCT-UNESP in Presidente Prudente, SP. Since 2015, he has been the Associate Editor of Geodesy for the Brazilian Bulletin of Geodesic Sciences (BCG), and has been a reviewer for numerous national and international journals. He is currently participating in the Joint Working Group of the IAG-ICCC (IAG Inter-Commission Committee on 'Geodesy for Climate Research') with the following topic "Quality control methods for climate applications of geodetic tropospheric parameters". The author has experience in GNSS data processing, geodetic reference systems and networks, modeling of ionospheric and tropospheric effects on GNSS signals, real-time GNSS positioning, orbit and clock determination and Geodetic Monitoring of Structures and Geodynamics.
