Graduated in Cartographic Engineering (2001-2005) from the Faculty of Science and Technology (FCT) of UNESP (Sao Paulo State University) - Presidente Prudente - SP. Master (2006-2008) and Doctorate (2008-2012), both with FAPESP scholarship, in Cartographic Sciences from the Postgraduate Program in Cartographic Sciences (Capes note 5) from FCT/ UNESP. Post-Doctorate (2018-2019) at INPE (National Institute for Space Research), São José dos Campos - SP, in the area of Geodesy and Tectonophysics at the Department of Space Geophysics with scholarship from FAPESP-SP. From 2011 to 2016, he served as Assistant Professor in the area of Geodesy and Adjustment of the Cartographic Engineering course at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) in Recife - PE, being a researcher and permanent member of the Postgraduate Program in Geodetic Sciences and Geoinformation Technologies of UFPE (PPGCGTG). Since August 2016 he has been teaching at the Military Institute of Engineering (IME) - Cartographic Engineering Teaching Section and is a permanent member of the Postgraduate Program in Cartographic Engineering at IME. He has served as Associate Editor of Geodesy of the 'Geodetic Sciences Bulletin' (BCG) of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). He was a CNPq - PQ2 fellow from 2016 to 2019. Has experience in the area of Geosciences, with emphasis on Space Geodesy, acting on the following subjects: GNSS data processing; Reference Systems and Geodetic Networks; Ionosphere and Troposphere Effects Modeling on GNSS signals; Real Time Positioning, Orbit Determination and Satellite Clock Corrections; Geodetic Structural Monitoring and current research theme in the area of Geodesy and Tectonophysics.
