Raphael Vinicius Rodrigues Dias

Degree in Biological Physics from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2015). I completed my Master's degree in Molecular Biophysics (2018) and Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics (2023) at São Paulo State University - IBILCE. I have experience in the fields of Molecular Biophysics, Structural Molecular Biology, and Computational Biological Physics, with a focus on investigating protein mechanisms. My work primarily involves studying protein conformational changes, interactions with small molecules and peptides, and post-translational modifications such as glycosylations and phosphorylations. The techniques I use include molecular docking, molecular dynamics (both traditional and simplified models), comparative molecular modeling and threading (sequence alignment, homology, and folding recognition bioinformatics).
