Bioprocess and Biotechnology Engineer graduated from Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho", Araraquara campus - SP. Her degree emphasizes the development and improvement of biotechnological processes and products in the areas of human health, food and beverage, genetic engineering, renewable energy (biofuels), environment and industrial management. Developed a scientific initiation project, which was a FAPESP scholarship for 2 years, in the area of biocatalysis. The title was "Enzymatic modification of cottonseed oil aiming to obtain dietary triglycerides using a fluidized bed reactor" (process 2016/11980 -4). Performed an internship in Quality Control, in the Microbiology Laboratory, at Predilecta Alimentos, performing physical-chemical, microbiological and microscopic analyzes that ensured the safety and quality of more than 250 foods produced by the factory, following the current legislation of ANVISA. She was also an intern for 2 years at the Biotechnology Laboratory in the R&D sector at Braskem, working in the Fermentation and Scaling Laboratory, where she carried out the planning and execution of fermentative experiments to select microorganism strains in flasks and bioreactors, besides implementing new methodologies for analyzing substrates from fermetation broth and improving existing ones in the laboratory, such as cell concentration and sugar detection. Currently works as a Scholarship holder of IEL Talentos Program at Natura within the Biotechnology team in the area of Natural Ingredients, aiming to obtain cosmetic ingredients from fermentation processes using residues from Amazonian biodiversity as a substrate.
